App Build Grow ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates mobile applications (each, an "App" or, together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: if you create an account or sign in, we collect information such as your email address, username, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
• Support communications: your name, email address, and message contents when you contact us for help.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers: advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), device model, operating system and version, and app version.
• Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, in-app progress, and interaction with ads.
• Diagnostic data: crash logs and performance data used to identify and fix bugs.
• Approximate location: general location (such as country or region) inferred from your IP address.
• IP address: collected for security, fraud prevention, and approximate location purposes.

1.3 Cloud Save and Account Sync

If you enable cloud save, your game/app progress is synced and stored via your account with us and, where applicable, through platform services such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. These platform providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

1.4 Cookies and SDKs

We and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure ad performance, and deliver relevant advertising.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account creation, login, and cloud save;
• To analyze usage and improve app features, stability, and performance;
• To display advertising and measure ad performance;
• To personalize content and advertising where permitted and, where required, based on your consent;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising Partners

Our Services display advertising through third-party advertising networks, which may include Google AdMob and other advertising networks and their partners. These networks may collect and use advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

Where required by applicable law (for example, in the European Economic Area, UK, or under U.S. state privacy laws), we obtain your consent or provide an opt-out before enabling personalized advertising.

4. Analytics Partners

We use analytics tools — including Firebase/Google Analytics and other analytics providers — to understand how users interact with our Services. This helps us fix bugs, improve features, and measure engagement. Analytics providers may collect device identifiers, usage patterns, and diagnostic data on our behalf.

5. How We Share Information

• Service providers: hosting, cloud storage, customer support, analytics, and advertising vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Platform providers: Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or similar services when you use cloud save or sign-in features.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your jurisdiction, sharing data with advertising partners for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "share" under certain U.S. state laws; see Section 9 for your opt-out rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account and cloud save data is generally retained while your account remains active and for a limited period afterward, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an app store or platform signal indicates a user may be underage, we limit data collection and disable personalized advertising for that user. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us using the details in Section 11 to request deletion.

8. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

10. Opting Out of Personalized Ads and Analytics

• In-app: Go to Settings → Privacy Preferences to withdraw consent for personalized advertising or analytics, where available.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for this app.
• Android: Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads, and select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Opting out will result in non-personalized (contextual) ads rather than the removal of ads altogether.
