Last updated: July 30, 2026
This single policy covers all apps and games published by App Build Grow on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS).
Developer: App Build Grow | Email: appbuild.grow@gmail.com
1. Introduction
App Build Grow ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use any of our apps or games (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
Simple summary: We do not collect personal information ourselves. Any data collection is performed by third-party advertising SDKs as described below. All app data stays on your device. We do not operate servers or databases storing your personal information at this time.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Our apps do not currently require account creation or sign-in. If you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and message contents solely to respond to your inquiry.
Future feature: If we introduce account creation or sign-in in the future, we will collect information such as email address, username, and encrypted password. This policy will be updated before such a feature is enabled.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
The following data may be collected automatically, depending on the app and platform:

2.3 Local Data Storage
App data such as game progress, coins, preferences, and settings is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You can delete it anytime using the Reset option in the app's Settings menu, or by uninstalling the app.
2.4 Device Permissions Used
Our apps may request the following device permissions — all are standard and none are classified as dangerous permissions:
- Network Access: Required to load and display advertisements
- Advertising ID: Used by ad networks to serve relevant ads
- Vibration: Used for gameplay haptic feedback
- Prevent Screen Sleep: Keeps screen active during gameplay
- AdServices APIs: Used by Google for privacy-preserving ad attribution and interest categorization
- Google Play License Check: Verifies app is genuine copy from Play Store
No dangerous permissions requested: We never request Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts, SMS, Phone, or Storage permissions unless explicitly required for a specific app feature — in which case this policy will be updated accordingly.
2.5 Cloud Save and Account Sync
Future feature: We do not currently offer cloud save or account-based sync. If introduced, app progress may be synced via Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS). These platform providers process data under their own privacy policies. This policy will be updated before such a feature is enabled.
2.6 Analytics
Future feature: We may in future integrate analytics tools such as Firebase / Google Analytics or similar services to understand how users interact with our apps. Analytics tools would collect device identifiers, usage patterns, and diagnostic data. This policy will be updated before any analytics SDK is integrated. Currently no dedicated analytics SDK is in use.
3. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your jurisdiction, sharing data with advertising partners for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "share" under certain US state laws. See Section 11 for your opt-out rights.
4. Advertising Partners and SDKs
Our Services display advertising through third-party advertising networks. Depending on the specific app and platform, we may use one or more of the following advertising networks. Each network operates under its own privacy policy and may collect Advertising ID, Device ID, App interactions, and Approximate location to serve and measure ads:

- Chartboost — Interstitial and rewarded video ads. Collects Advertising ID, Device ID, App activity.
Not all networks listed above are used in every app. Each specific app may use a subset of these networks. We ensure all advertising partners comply with applicable privacy laws and platform policies.
4.1 Privacy-Preserving Attribution and Interest APIs
Google Privacy Sandbox Topics API (Android) — Our Android apps use Google's Topics API which categorizes app interests for advertising purposes without tracking individual users across apps. This data is managed entirely by Google: policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdServices Attribution API (Android) — Used to measure which advertisements led to app installations and in-app actions on Android devices. Managed by Google under their Privacy Policy.
Apple AdServices Attribution API (iOS) — Used to measure which Apple Search Ads campaigns led to app installations on iOS devices. Managed by Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy
4.2 Rewarded Ads
Rewarded ads are always optional. You choose to watch them in exchange for in-app rewards such as coins or hints. You can always skip or close a rewarded ad prompt without any penalty.
4.3 Consent for Personalized Ads
Where required by applicable law — for example in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or under US state privacy laws — we obtain your consent or provide an opt-out mechanism before enabling personalized advertising. Users who do not consent will receive contextual (non-personalized) ads.
5. In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases processed securely through Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple App Store Billing (iOS).
We never see or store your payment details. Credit card numbers, bank account details, CVV codes, and billing addresses are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We only receive a purchase confirmation token to unlock purchased content.
- Credit / Debit Card Details — held by Google Play / Apple only; we never access them
- Purchase History — held by platform billing; we receive confirmation only
- Purchase Token — held by platform billing; used only to unlock content
- Bank / Financial Details — held by platform only; we never access them
Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option in Settings to recover your purchased content through your Google or Apple account.
Refunds: For refund requests please contact the relevant platform support directly — Google Play: play.google.com/store/account or Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
6. How We Share Information
- Advertising partners: Ad networks listed in Section 4 receive data to serve and measure ads
- Platform providers: Google Play and Apple App Store for purchase verification and app distribution
- Service providers: Technical vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality
- Legal and safety reasons: To comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety
- Business transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed at time of collection
We do not sell your personal information for money to any third party.
7. Data Security
All data transmitted between our apps and advertising or billing partners is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not operate servers storing personal user data, the risk of a data breach on our end is minimal.
Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security including screen lock, encryption, and app sandboxing provided by Android and iOS operating systems.
Google Play Billing and Apple App Store Billing use industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant security for all payment transactions.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Locally stored data remains on your device until you use the Reset option in Settings or uninstall the app.
Data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own retention policies. Please refer to their individual privacy policies linked in Section 4.
Future feature: If account-based features are introduced, account data will be retained while your account is active. You will be able to request deletion as described in Section 9.
9. Deleting Your Data
You have full control over your data. You can delete it at any time:
- Local app data: Settings → Reset within the app permanently deletes all locally stored data. This cannot be undone.
- Uninstall the app: Removes all locally stored data from your device permanently.
- Google AdMob data: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
- Purchase history: Google Play — play.google.com/store/account | Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
- Ad network data: Visit each network's privacy policy linked in Section 4 to manage their data.
- Contact us: Email appbuild.grow@gmail.com for any data deletion requests. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where an app store or platform signal indicates a user may be underage, we limit data collection and disable personalized advertising for that user in compliance with applicable laws including COPPA (USA) and GDPR-K (EU).
If you believe a child has provided personal data through our Services, please contact us at appbuild.grow@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
11. Opting Out of Personalized Ads
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time. This does not remove ads but results in non-personalized contextual ads instead.
Android:
- Settings → Privacy → Ads
- Tap "Delete Advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
iOS:
- Settings → Privacy and Security → Tracking
- Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for this app
- Or Settings → Privacy and Security → Apple Advertising → disable Personalized Ads
Network-Specific Opt-Out: Each advertising network also provides its own opt-out mechanism. Please refer to the privacy policy links in Section 4 for network-specific options.
12. Your Privacy Rights
GDPR — European Users (EU/UK): If you are located in the EEA or UK you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights contact: appbuild.grow@gmail.com
US State Privacy Rights: Depending on your state (California, Virginia, Colorado, etc.) you may have rights to know what data is collected, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and receive data in portable format. Contact us at appbuild.grow@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
All Users:
- Access your data — Email appbuild.grow@gmail.com
- Delete your data — App Settings → Reset, or email us
- Opt out of personalized ads — Device Settings (see Section 11)
- Data portability — Email appbuild.grow@gmail.com
- Withdraw consent — Email us or use device ad settings
- Lodge a complaint — Contact your local data protection authority
13. Authorized Ad Sellers
We maintain an app-ads.txt file listing all authorized sellers of advertising inventory in our apps. This file helps prevent ad fraud and ensures advertising revenue goes only to legitimate publishers.
Our app-ads.txt file is publicly accessible and lists all networks authorized to sell ads in our apps including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and others as applicable per app.
14. Google Play Data Safety
In addition to this Privacy Policy, our data practices for Android apps are summarized in the Google Play Data Safety section of each app's Play Store listing. The Data Safety section discloses what data is collected, whether it is shared, encryption practices, and whether users can request deletion.
Both this Privacy Policy and the Data Safety section work together to fully describe our data practices for Android apps. In case of any conflict, this Privacy Policy provides the more complete description.
15. App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels (iOS)
In addition to this Privacy Policy, our data practices for iOS apps are summarized in the App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels on each app's App Store listing. These labels categorize data into:
- Data Used to Track You: Data linked to your identity and used across apps for advertising
- Data Linked to You: Data associated with your identity within our app
- Data Not Linked to You: Data collected but not associated with your identity
Both this Privacy Policy and the App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels work together to fully describe our data practices for iOS apps.
16. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires all apps to request explicit user permission before tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies. This is called App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
When you first open our app on iOS, you will see a system popup asking whether to allow the app to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, with options to "Ask App Not to Track" or "Allow".
- Allow: You receive personalized ads based on your interests. Higher quality, more relevant ads.
- Ask App Not to Track: You receive non-personalized contextual ads only. Your IDFA is not shared with ad networks.
You can change your choice anytime: iOS Settings → Privacy and Security → Tracking → [App Name]
Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" does not remove ads. You will still see ads, but they will be based on context rather than your personal interests. This may also reduce ad revenue which supports free app development.
iOS Privacy Manifest: As required by Apple from 2024, our iOS apps include a Privacy Manifest file (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) that declares all APIs that access privacy-sensitive data, the reasons for using those APIs, and all data collected by third-party SDKs. This manifest is embedded in the app bundle and reviewed by Apple during app submission.
SKAdNetwork: Our iOS apps support SKAdNetwork, Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution framework. SKAdNetwork allows ad networks to measure campaign performance without tracking individual users or accessing their IDFA. Attribution data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple before being shared with ad networks.
17. Consent Management
Where required by law — particularly in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and other jurisdictions with consent requirements — our apps display a Consent Management Platform (CMP) popup before collecting or processing any personal data for advertising purposes.
Android — Google UMP SDK: Our Android apps use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to collect and manage user consent for personalized advertising in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. The UMP consent form is shown on first launch to users in applicable regions.
iOS — ATT + CMP: Our iOS apps use Apple's ATT framework combined with a consent management solution to ensure full compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
Consent Options:
- Accept All — Personalized ads enabled; targeted personalized ads shown
- Reject All / Decline — Only essential processing; non-personalized contextual ads shown
- Manage Options — Granular control per purpose; ads shown based on your selections
You can review or change your consent choices at any time through Settings → Privacy Settings within the app.
18. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our apps and their integrated third-party SDKs use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure ad performance, and deliver relevant advertising.
- Advertising SDKs (AdMob, Unity, AppLovin, etc.) — used for ad serving, targeting, and measurement
- Attribution SDKs (AdServices from Google/Apple) — used for campaign measurement
- Analytics SDKs — future feature, not currently active; would be used for usage analytics
- Local Storage (our app) — used to save game progress on device
Our apps do not use browser cookies as they are native mobile applications. SDK-based tracking operates at the app level using advertising identifiers (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) rather than browser cookies.
Do Not Track: Our apps currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals as they are native mobile apps. However, you can opt out of ad tracking using device-level controls described in Section 11.
19. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, we process personal data under the following legal bases as required by GDPR:
- Personalized advertising — Consent (Article 6(1)(a))
- Non-personalized advertising — Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))
- App functionality and local storage — Performance of contract / Legitimate interests
- Crash logs and diagnostics — Legitimate interests (app stability)
- Responding to support requests — Legitimate interests / Performance of contract
- Legal compliance — Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c))
- In-app purchase processing — Performance of contract (Article 6(1)(b))
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise this right, contact us at appbuild.grow@gmail.com
20. India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act
App Build Grow is based in India and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments.

- Name / Entity: App Build Grow
- Email: appbuild.grow@gmail.com
- Response Time: Within 30 days of receiving grievance
- Jurisdiction: India
Any grievance related to processing of personal data may be submitted to the Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
Your Rights Under DPDPA:
- Right to access information about personal data being processed
- Right to correction and erasure of personal data
- Right to grievance redressal
- Right to nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf
21. Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will:
- Notify affected users without undue delay where required by applicable law
- Notify relevant data protection authorities within 72 hours where required (GDPR)
- Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach
- Provide information about the nature of the breach and steps taken
Since we do not store personal data on our own servers, the risk of a breach on our end is minimal. However, third-party SDKs and ad networks operate under their own security and breach notification policies.
Note: In-app data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security and is not accessible to us or any third party through our systems.
22. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
Third-party SDKs integrated in our apps operate under their own privacy policies as listed in Section 4.
23. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
For significant changes — such as adding new data collection, new features like accounts or cloud save, or new advertising partners — we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
